The MTA Construction Industry Working Group was established in
the mid-1990's at the suggestion of former MTA Chairman Peter Stangl.
Its purpose is to address design and contractor issues between the
industry and the MTA. In recent years, considerable progress has
been achieved on matters such as contract retainage and payment
questions. Meetings are open to all interested Building Congress
members.
