On Monday, February 12, the New York Building Congress held a Membership Appreciation Reception for members and guests at the newly renovated and expanded Morgan Library and Museum, designed by renowned architect Renzo Piano, along with executive architect Beyer Blinder Belle, and built by F. J. Sciame Construction Company.

The event was attended by more than 250 Building Congress members, guests and industry luminaries who got a rare opportunity to enjoy the spectacular new gallery and assembly spaces at the Morgan while hearing about the project from those most intimately involved in the funding, design and construction.

The event featured comments by Deputy Mayor of Economic Development and Rebuilding Daniel L. Doctoroff who thanked the attendees for their support and contributions to the grand, City-shaping projects that are adding to the many iconic structures in New York.
