Silverstein Properties President and CEO and World Trade Center leaseholder Larry A. Silverstein will be the featured speaker at the next New York Building Congress Construction Industry Forum
on December 17, at The Ritz Carlton New York, Battery Park. The forum, which is co-sponsored by New York Construction, will begin with a reception at 11:45 AM, followed by the luncheon program at 12:30 PM.

Mr. Silverstein will discuss progress made at the WTC site during 2003 and look ahead to the coming year, which is expected to include the laying of the cornerstone for the Freedom Tower in mid- to late-summer of 2004.
