• Rosie Toscano, Corporate Compliance Director, Plaza Construction Corporation
• Paul Viera, CEO, IDL Communications and Electric

Paul G. Monte, Co-Managing Partner, Peckar and Abramson, will moderate the panel with Committee Co-Chair Ed Henderson. The panel's recommendations will be summarized in a letter to the de Blasio Administration.
