The guest speaker is Drew Galloway, Chief, Northeast Corridor Infrastructure Planning and Performance, Amtrak. Mr. Galloway will discuss planning and construction efforts for the Gateway project, which would bring new commuter and passenger rail tunnels from New Jersey to Manhattan's Penn Station.
